Energy Production- Comparing the US and China

The story that this chart reveals is far from simple. I realized that the US uses far more energy than China, which leads me to beleive that we are completely wasting money. The money per GDP fully supports the ability to waste excess money on energy, but there is no way this does the world any good. China uses next to no energy and makes net to no money per person, which explains why they are so low. By china I used Asia because I didnt see China itself, but that was the closest thing available. There is also many more people in China which would explain why the Chinese use less energy per person than the United States. The united states, or what i chose to be north america uses far more energy, but makes far more money. Very fitting based off everything the united states is known to have and do. It will eventually catch up to the united states, but we also have far less people, explaining the per person aspect. I chose to make a chart which shows the Carbon emissions per capita in the world. Highlighted are the united states and china. Similarly to the pervious chart, the United States was far above China at 17.78 to 1.28. That is a very large gap between the countries, which again is consistent with research and data from classes and the internet. China at 1.28 is many times smaller than other countries like Europe and east asia. Unfortuantely, I do not understand if CHina is considered east or south asia, i believed it was southeast which explains nothing to me. Either way, they are both considerably under the United States consumption of carbon CO2 per person. Once again the United States leads the way in something harmful towards the world. Previously i learned we led the way in energy consumption, which is very similar to CO2 produced because both can be managed through driving, which everyone knows many people enjoy in the United States.
